Release of Liability Waiver
While we don't expect to have any isues- out of an abundance of caution, we do require each of our students (or their legal guardians) to sign a waiver before participating in their first class or camp. We have printed waivers available at the studio you may sign before your course/camp begins. Or if someone other than a legal guardian will be bringing your student on their first day please print this and send with them on their first day. Thank you.
